1. REGISTRATION CHARGES
i. For OS who have paid Lifetime / Annual Subscription or those who are Foreign Citizens, the registration is Rs.1,000/-
The last date for paying Subscription (to be considered for Founders registration) is Sept 25, 2025. Online registrations will be cross-checked with the list of Subscription Payees.
False declaration would result in cancellation (forfeiting Rs.1,000/-) and necessitate re-registration at Rs.2,500/-
Foreign Citizens availing the discounted charges should present their Passports at the Registration Counter, while collecting their Passes.
ii. For OS who have not paid Subscription, the registration is Rs.2,500/-
iii. Non-OS Spouse will not pay the Registration, whereas Spouses, who are OS, will register as per the abovementioned criteria.
2. PARKING CHARGES
100 Parking Slots will be allotted on first-come-first-serve basis, to OS who have paid the Lifetime Subscription or foreign citizens at Rs.1,000/-
3. LUNCH COUPONS for Oct 3rd, 2025 at Staff Courts could be purchased at Rs.2,500/- per head.
4. OSS Annual Dinner COUPONS for Oct 4th, 2025 at Hotel Rosetum, Garkhal could be purchased at Rs.3,500/- per head.
5. OSS Annual General Body Meeting will be held at Som Dutt Sports Complex on Oct 4th, 2025 at 3:00 P.M. Attendance is mandatory
