The National Cadet Corps is the Indian Military cadet corps with its Headquarter at New Delhi, India. It is open to schools and college students on a voluntary basis. The Lawrence School, Sanawar has an affiliated NCC unit of Jr. Wing (50 cadets only) for Boys & Girls which comes under 1HP Boys Battalion Solan, Group Headquarter Shimla and Directorate Chandigarh, Punjab, Haryana and Himachal Pradesh. A boy/girl student of class 8th of The Lawrence School, Sanawar may apply to join the NCC unit on a voluntary basis through the final selection of the student is subject to his/her physical and mental fitness and availability of vacancies.
